A. Ayodhya Rami Reddy
Chairman, Ramky Group

Mr. A. Ayodhya Rami Reddy is the Chairman of the Ramky Group of Companies, which includes Ramky Infrastructure Ltd, Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd., Ramky Estates & Farms Ltd., Ramky Pharma City (India) Ltd., Ramky Infra Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and Ramky Finance & Investment Pvt. Ltd., India. Mr. Reddy holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from Osmania University with more than 24 years of experience in environmental engineering, civil and infrastructure works, bio-medical waste and hazardous waste management. His experience includes senior positions with Gannon Dunkerley and Reliance Industries Ltd. In the capacity of Chairman, Mr. Reddy contributes to the strategy and direction of the Ramky Group, in its endeavor to become a prominent waste management and infrastructure group providing high quality solutions to clients.

Srinivas Lanka
Vice Chairman, Ramky Group

Mr. Srinivas Lanka is a thought leader in the field of pharmaceuticals in India with an experience spanning over 30 years with various top domestic and multi-national pharmaceutical companies in India. As a Board member of Aurobindo Pharma and Executive Director of Sun Pharmaceuticals, he was responsible for the rapid growth of the companies by driving several strategic acquisitions/alliances, designing and developing a diverse product portfolio and establishing operations in global markets. In his current role, he is also closely involved in restructuring the Group's operations and acquisitions for business growth. He holds a Bachelor's in Chemistry and a Postgraduate Degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

M. Goutham Reddy
Executive Director, Ramky Group

Mr. M. Goutham Reddy holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from the US with Waste Management training in Australia and Environmental Monitoring training in Sweden. Mr. Reddy brings his environmental engineering skills and an experience of more than 16 years to the Company. He currently heads the Ramky Enviro Engineers' activities in India and is well-known for his consultancy skills in waste management transportation and disposal, people management and business acumen.

Mr. Swee O Goh
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Swee O Goh is the Chief Executive Officer of Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with General Management, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Finance as majors from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales, Sydney. He has a wonderful record as a business and corporate leader in startups, development and other aspects of business, and has more than 20 years global experience, including in Greater China region, South East Asia and Australia in Environmental Services, Renewable Energy/Fuel Investments, Industrial Services and Waste & Recovery activities.

He was the COO and Business Head of Sembcorp Environment, the environmental services unit of Sembcorp Industries Ltd, a Singapore blue-chip listed company. While with Brambles Industries Ltd, an Australian listed group, he was the President/General Manager Cleanaway Energy Services, in Taiwan and China. He was also the Senior Advisor in Cleanaway Co Ltd, Taiwan prior to joining Ramky Enviro.

Ram N. Agnihotri
Vice President, National Head Hazardous Waste Operations

Mr. Ram N. Agnihotri, is the Vice President, National Head Hazardous Waste Operations, in Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited, and holds a Postgraduate Degree in Chemistry and Finance Management. He has 35 yrs of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry and has handled various positions right from Shift Incharge to SBU head (Chief Operating Officer) in both the private and public sectors. From April 1998 - February 2004 he worked in Rallis India Limited, a TATA enterprise, as Chief of Operations. Consultancy jobs on technical matters, system applications like TATA business excellence model and on SHE in chemical industries.

Arun Agarwal
Vice President, National Head, MSW Operations

Arun Agarwal is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi, with over 23 years of experience in marketing and general management at the corporate level. He has exposure to management and operation of Common Hazardous Waste Management facilities, worked on project management, planning and budgeting, and possesses high levels of business acumen to drive a system. In Ramky he is Head-South and East Zones.

B. Padmaja
Head MSW, Project Director - HiMSW

Ms. Padmaja, is an M.Tech in Environment, and is the Director for the MSW Project, as well as Municipal Waste business vertical. She has an experience of more than 12 years in different industrial sectors for Third Party Certification Audits for Environmental Management System, Quality Management System, Risk Assessment and Disaster Management Studies. Ms. Padmaja also has the credit of conducting training for environmental lead assessors, environmental impact assessment studies and environmental audits.

Dr. A.K. Saxena
Business Development in IES, Consultancy, ETP as well as Administrative support to MSW/E-waste verticals.

Dr. Anil Kumar Saxena is a Doctorate in Toxicology with a Post Graduate Diploma in Water Analysis and Quality, U.K and a Post Graduate Degree in Zoology. He contributes to the planning, management and monitoring of activities of environment related turn-key projects and identification and establishment of emerging technologies on waste recycle and recovery. He has around 23 years experience in the field of Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, waste minimization, cleaner production and environment management system and green productivity.

L. Pundareek
Director - Energy Sector

Mr. Pundareek holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from the Osmania University. He worked with the Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., for 36 years and has handled various roles like Safety, Quality and Product testing. He has a rich experience right from commissioning of steam turbine generators to heading the transmission business as the Executive Director of BHEL. At Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited, he is looking after the development of Renewable Energy Projects.

Mr. Rahul Dua, Vice President-International Operations of Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited is looking after various international projects in the Middle East and Africa. He has been based at our MENA Headquarters in Dubai, UAE for over 3 years and has started Ramky's operations in the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Mr. Dua holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering with Management and Finance, from the University of London, Imperial College of Science and Technology. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Environmental Management, Environmental Audits, Due Diligence Assessments, Environmental Finance, Hazardous and Municipal Waste Management, Planning and Implementation. He has worked as an environmental expert with bilateral and multilateral funding agencies, Ministry of Environment & Forest, infrastructure companies and financial institutions.
