SBU – Human Resources (SBU_HR)

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in handling HR & IR in infrastructure / manufacturing (plant HR) / logistics company

Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% statutory compliances are adhered to across various project sites as per the prevailing labour laws of the state.
Coordinate the administration and negotiation of union contracts
Maintain cordial relations with various statutory authorities (like PF, ESI, Labour department etc)
To implement appropriate Organizational Development activities like team building, standard working norms, proper communication flow.
Support implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensures their integration into the PMS
Amicable settle all inter personal issues at the project sites.
Prepare manpower planning at each project site in consultation with Project Manager.
Implement an effective Succession planning process

Desired profile:

Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
Proven expertise in implementing statutory compliances and experience in handling IR issues
Preference would be given to candidates with experience in handling HR operations in multi location environment
Excellent relationship building skills.
Willing to travel is a must.
Hindi speaking is a must.
