Project - Director(PD_MSW)
Qualifications:
  • MBA from Premier institution is a must. BE Chemical / Mechanical Engineering would be an advantage.
Work Experience:
  • Around 20 years of experience of which minimum 5yrs in handling P&L responsibility
Responsibilities:
  • P&L responsibilities
  • Responsible for day to day operations of the project namely, Collection & Transportation, Process (treatment) & Disposal
  • Engagement & influencing Stake Holders (Civic Bodies, Public & Politicians)
  • Communicating with the Stake Holders and minimize the risk
  • Fleet Management
  • Minimize adverse publicity
  • Union Negotiations
  • Project Management & supervision
  • Understanding of compliance such as MOEF, CPCB, SPCB, Safety Health & Environment (SHE), labour laws and other statutory regulations
Desired profile:
  • Should have handled operations in a large organization like Chemical or process industry etc.
  • Should have understanding of environment infrastructure and associated business models especially in public-private partnership.
  • Handled Union Negotiations / labour issues
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Should have experience in handling stake holders (government & political circles)
  • People Management skills
  • Service oriented
