Head – Transfer Station & Tertiary Transportation(HTSTT)
Qualifications:
  • A graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. MBA is preferred.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of large fleet management and logistics of not less than 200 numbers along with preventive maintenance techniques.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize the operation of transfer stations.
  • To organize a fleet of long hauls vehicles of 25 tons (GVW).
  • Planning and organizing the preventive maintenance of the fleet achieving 95% as road operations.
  • To manage operations of Municipal Solid Waster transfer stations.
  • Manage, lead and motivate a team of people.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
Desired profile:
  • Ability to lead a large group of qualified engineers, skilled and unskilled workers.
  • Computer knowledge is a must.
  • The incumbent should have knowledge of Telugu language.
