Head - Finance & Accounts (HD_F&A)

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

12 to 18 years of experience in hardcore accounting function of which 3 to 5yrs of experience heading accounting function in a large infrastructure or manufacturing company at corporate level.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that best practice in terms of complying with all current accounting and legal reporting are implemented.
Responsible for independently consolidating accounts at corporate level and get it audited.
Tax planning and Compliance in accordance with corporate guidelines
Actively support the management with strategic controlling in terms of developing key performance indicators and financial support for developing business cases
Be responsible for cash management (cash flow, credit lines) and setting and follow up credit limits and foreign exchange management
Strict working capital control, especially account receivables and inventory
Financial reporting to local, regional and group management in accordance with corporate guidelines
Financial budgeting and costing
Ensure the key financial controls are operating effectively.
Prepare and present MIS as required by the management.

Desired profile:

Must be a subject matter expert in accounts and Income Tax
Should have good experience in indirect taxation.
Should have headed accounting function in a large infrastructure or manufacturing setup at corporate level.
Strong understanding of current Indian accounting practices and compliances
Experience in facing statutory audits is a must.
Distinct negotiation skills
Knowledge of US GAPP & IFRS would be an advantage.
Working in an ERP environment preferably ORACLE Financials.
Should have good analytical and communication skills.
